Updated PCB for Bitx3b Exciter

A new batch of Bitx3B Exciter PCB has been updated with some minor additions. We have removed Q16 from the board as a new addidional Audio Mute PCB now is been included with the kit which has 2 transistors that connect to the Mute in Exciter Board and the PA 2 PIN connector for grounding relay for transmit. The Exciter board has a 2 PIn connector that goes to the AGC baord as Audio AGC POINT, earlier we  took the point for the audio to agc from the wiper of 10K Volume control. One more addition to the Mic Pre amp stage. An RFC 100uh and a 0.001 capacitor has been added to the Mic pre
amp for better filteration.
